UNDP – Conflict Prevention Program
United Nation Development Programme, Nepal in accordance to five-year Conflict Prevention Program (CPP)’s database tracking software for profiling events, activities, conflict dynamics and people involved. The main part of software involves record keeping through simplified forms, monitoring the requirement and progress and searching the records for relations, involvement and tracking of the aforementioned profiles.
The Software is built over core Relational Database architecture under liaison of the Senior Advisor for Dialogue and Conflict Prevention/Project Manager and the Head of Conflict Sensitivity and Monitoring and Evaluation. The Database Architecture is interoperable with UN’s existing Who does What Where (3W) application.
Nepal Infopark, in association with, Benchcode solutions and Expresiv Studios developed the web based frontend software for entry, analysis and report presentation of the related database. Strong DB Architecture, Intuitive searches, categorized menu navigation, effective report generation, easy and efficient record entry system with user centric design will be the major traits of the software. The development followed agile method of development with emphasis on user centric design.
